Boundaries.

I have right to cancel a comission if uncomfortable. If art has not been started you may receive a refund. I have the right to deny any drawing request, even if not listed below.

I do charge extra if I have to design the character from scratch. I also charge extra for additional characters, or complex backgrounds

Work Process.

Duration
Due to health and taking care of my grandmother it can range depending on the piece and complexity. I try to strive for 1 week- 3 weeksUpdates
I try to update multiple times and at least 1 progress pic each time I work on the piece. If designing i often send a lot more to ensure the design is turning out correctly

Rights.

Personal Use
Do whatever you like with the piece. As long as you are not using it with ill intent, to promote antisemitic, anti lgbtq, or antitransphobic messaging. Claiming you drew it will not be tolerated. I ask only for proper crediting.Commercial Use
I ask only for credit if used for vtubing and social media branding. I do not allow selling as physical products,Editing
I do not like my art being edited, it should not require it if your being up front with me. I will change things you want done.AI/NFT
If I find out my art is being sold as an NFT or fed into Ai. You will immediately be black listed
